Consumer Advice

Vitamin E (tocopherols) is a natural antioxidant and essential nutrient, usually extracted from vegetable oils such as soybean and sunflower. It prevents oils from turning rancid and is found in cooking oils, nuts, pastries and infant foods. Because it is an essential fat-soluble vitamin, it is not only safe but beneficial at authorised levels. Rarely, people sensitive to soy may wish to check its source.
